Upstream of the Guadalope River is the Santolea Reservoir next to Castellote, already in the Maestrazgo Region. Unbelievable geological shapes create beautiful corners to enjoy the view with bathing areas and ample space for fishing.<\/p>\n<p>Next to <b>Alca\u00f1iz<\/b> surges the endorreic wetland of <b>Estanca de Alca\u00f1iz<\/b>, a place of natural interest for observing aquatic birds from its reforestation pinewoods. The village of Alca\u00f1iz itself is worth a visit due to its rich historical past. This mountain range also hides surprises such as the longest block rivers in the world. These rivers are accumulations of quartzite blocks lodged in the bottom of valleys. They have been formed by the action of the ice-thaw causing them to move longitudinally.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix\"><\/div><div class=\"divider margin-top-30\"><\/div>\n<h3>Other points of attraction in the territory<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"dropcap \">M<\/span>ud\u00e9jar art, declared World Heritage by UNESCO, extends throughout Arag\u00f3n but it is mainly in the city of Teruel where the main monuments of this splendid and harmonious architecture meet.<\/p>\n<p>Also in Teruel is <b>Din\u00f3polis<\/b>, the theme park dedicated to dinosaurs, which celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2011, showing in a playful and cultural way the traces and archaeological remains that have made this area of Arag\u00f3n one of the paradises of palaeontologists. From the hills of <b>Albarrac\u00edn<\/b> to the softness of the olive groves of the region of <b>Alca\u00f1\u00edz<\/b>. From the rough peaks of the Maestrazgo to the apparent calm of the Bajo Arag\u00f3n Region, which violently break with the indescribable roar of the Holy Week in the villages of the Ruta del Tambor and Bombo (Drum and Bass Drum Route).<\/p>\n<p><b>The Maestrazgo and the Matarra\u00f1a<\/b> are other examples of the beauty of Aragon, with dreamlike villages that have been declared Historic Sites such as Cantavieja, Mirambel, La Iglesuela del Cid, Calaceite, Beceite or Valderrobres among others.
